Demo trading with prop firm rules is the closest simulation to the real challenge. It tests your strategy, position sizing, and discipline in realistic conditions. The only thing demo doesn't test is psychology under real financial pressure. But if your strategy can't pass on demo, it definitely can't pass on a real challenge. Demo saves you money.
